The coaching staff listens to the players' needs and suggestions to build better team unity and practice habits.
Our model of instruction falls on our ability to connect with players in a positive, constructive, and reinforcing manner from which players feel comfortable, relaxed, and appreciated for there hard work.
Support is a must. It is expected that players, coaches, and parents support one another on and off the field. There will be no tolerance towards bullying or any act of selfishness toward anyone in the organization.
We are a team. We will have success as a team. We will have failure as a team. We will build upon and celebrate our successes and we will share and learn from our failures.
